There are lots of Home-based Jobs that you can find everywhere, either on the internet or in the traditional Newspaper Ad. Before applying for a Home-Based job you should be careful enough in choosing and applying for a Home-based Job. Aside from there are lots of Scams and Fraud going around especially on the internet it is not enough to just research and find out more about a certain company that offers Home-based Jobs, you should especially take into consideration the mode of Payment or the salary scheme, and if you are decided to apply for a certain Home-Based Job you should also take into consideration and pay attention on what is being written in the Job/Work Contract, Letter of Agreement, or Letter of Appointment between the Company and you.
Some Companies who offer Home-Based Jobs are not taking seriously what has been agreed in the Letter of Appointment or Job/Work Contract. There are also legitimate Companies that offer Home-based Jobs but are not keeping what has been agreed between them and the employees with regards to remuneration/salary or payment scheme.
This is just a heed to all those who are looking for either Full-time or Part-time Home-based Jobs. You should be careful and be cautious enough in choosing Home-based Jobs. Though you will be working as Home-based employees but it doesn't mean that you will be stripped off of your rights as an employee. You just have to know your rights and stand for your rights as an employee and never allow to get used and be cheated by the Company who offered you a Home-based Job.
